Refund Policy

Credits are debited when a generation job starts. If the job fails, is rejected by the model provider, or never returns a video, the debited credits are returned to your balance automatically and the reversal appears in your credit history.

Dissatisfaction with the creative result of a technically successful generation is not, by itself, grounds for a credit refund, because provider costs are incurred on our side.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and remaining plan credits continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not consumed a meaningful portion of that period's credits, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review a full refund.

Top-up purchases are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase provided no credits from that package have been consumed. Once any part of a package has been used, that package becomes non-refundable.

The free trial is not charged, so there is nothing to refund. Trial credits expire at the end of the trial window and are not convertible to cash.

Email support@vireon.ai from your account address with the invoice number and a short description. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with fraudulent charges, repeated refund abuse, or terms violations may be suspended without refund.
