Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, display name, avatar and profile details you choose to provide. Authentication is handled by our managed backend provider.

Usage data: prompts you submit, generation parameters, generated video URLs, credit ledger entries, order and message history, and technical logs such as timestamps and error traces.

Billing data: plan, subscription status, invoices and payment records. Full card numbers are never sent to or stored on our servers — they are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

We use your data to operate the service: authenticate you, run generations, meter credits, enforce rate limits, process payments, provide support, detect abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

Prompts are transmitted to our AI model provider to produce your video. Generated videos are stored against your account so you can review and download them, and are visible only to you unless you publish them.

We share limited data with processors acting on our behalf: our managed database, authentication and storage provider; our AI video model provider; our payment processor; our email delivery provider; and our error monitoring provider. Each receives only what is needed for its function.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to your rows is enforced at the database level with row-level security policies, and privileged operations run server-side only.

Account, generation and billing records are retained while your account is active. After account deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Our providers may process data in regions outside your country, protected by appropriate safeguards. Vireon is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
