Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Vireon. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

You may not share your account, resell access, or use automated means to create accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Generation on Vireon is metered in credits. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance that renews at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan. Purchased top-up credits remain valid until their stated expiry date.

Credits, invoices and subscription entitlements are issued only after a payment is confirmed as successful by our payment processor. Credits carry no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

To protect platform stability we enforce hourly and daily generation limits in addition to your credit balance. Attempting to circumvent these limits, reverse engineer the service, or overload our infrastructure is prohibited.

You may not generate content that is unlawful, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or likeness rights. Prompts and outputs may be reviewed for safety and abuse enforcement.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment in full, you own the video outputs you generate and may use them commercially. We retain ownership of the platform, models, interfaces and all underlying technology.

AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be unique. Similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.

Vireon relies on third-party providers for model inference, payment processing, hosting and email delivery. Their availability affects ours, and their terms apply to the portions of the service they provide.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of Vireon is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may stop using Vireon and delete your account at any time.
